Submissions for the Lola Awards can take the form of links to full recordings or links to edited segments of live online events. The Lola Award Committe will also review web sites which describe or provide the context in which the live online event(s) took place (i.e. a workshop or course site, a public landing page for an event, etc.). The committee will only accept links for reviewing submitted material. The Committee will not accept for review tangible media, such as CD-ROMs, videotapes, or casette tapes.

When you submit an entry, be sure to indicate in the box provided whether we have your permission to publicly showcase the entry submitted. We highly urge entrants to submit a version of their submitted projects that can be showcased publicly (which may mean an edited version, if necessary). If any participants' identities (i.e. full name and contact information) are obvious from the recording, please be sure you have explicit permission to use the segment or recording for potential public viewing.
