Objective:
The primary objective of this workshop was to educate
our channel partners on how to troubleshoot echo
issues on our products. The group consisted of sales
engineers, technicians and other technical people
who needed this information.

Comments:
This submission features the use
of the live online environment to hold a workshop on
a very technical
subject, while still keeping the audience involved.
The session involved a coordinate effort between two
presenters to use the whiteboard and chat tool in combination
to foster discussion among expert presenters and participants.
Furthermore, the use of an electronic writing tablet
by one of the presenters made writing and drawing on
the
whiteboard
more effective. "I've attended many webinars in
the past and haven't experienced one as interactive and
engaging
as this
one."
